Mindfulness

- Mindfulness is more than relaxation -

Mindfulness is a skill to build resilience, increase self-reflection and awareness. With mindfulness we practice consciously experiencing every moment.

Mindfulness is taught in an 8 week course, allowing for continued support through weekly meetings. We learn to come back into the moment and learn how to deal better with thoughts and emotions.





MBSR in the group

The classic 8-week MBSR mindfulness training takes place in a group. Get to know mindfulness in the form of awareness, meditation and movement exercises. Each session is experiential with plenty of background knowledge and reflections for everyday life. Most insurances pay part of the course fee.



MBSR private

Group training is not always an optimal option. That's why I also offer MBSR in private settings or for couples. Here the timing is more flexible and there are more opportunities for more intensive discussions and reflections. Most insurances pay part of the course fee.

Expanding your practice

When we are totally engulfed in our own feelings, it is virtually impossible to have real compassion or clear communication. We remain stuck in our own vision and agenda, often without realizing it.

In groups or individually we practice combining mindfulness and meditation. Get to know yourself and the other on a deeper level.

Or learn practices that helps open to intuitive guidance and connect with deeper layers of consciousness.





Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living

Would you like to deepen your mindfulness practice? Perhaps it’s been a while, or you’ve found it challenging to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. In this 8-week course, we explore practices in kindness and compassion that support the well-being of ourselves, each other, and the planet as a whole.




Insight Dialogue

Stay in contact with yourself in the presence of others. We will learn guidelines on how to meditate and contemplate together. This helps to stay in touch with yourself while talking and getting to know the other on a deeper level. With reflections for everyday life.



Open Consciousness Meditation

Channeling is a form of open-mind meditation. We learn to attune to subtle inner signals, making space for clarity and authentic expression

We often have certain posture patterns. By connecting with ourselves we learn to express through our body.

We measured the effects of meditation on behavior in a virtual reality simulation.
